Vault Agency is an 18+ platform. By using our services you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vault Agency services. By using this site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who misrepresents their age.
The Creator Blueprint is a digital course sold for $30 USD. All sales are final. Purchasing the Blueprint does not guarantee acceptance to the Vault Agency creator roster. The Blueprint fee covers access to the course content only.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vault Agency reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. We do not provide reasons for declined applications.
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and branding is the property of Vault Agency. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
Vault Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Creator Blueprint course.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Vault Agency is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. Your financial information is fully encrypted and secure.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies including the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We retain application data for 12 months. Purchase records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
This agreement governs the relationship between Vault Agency and accepted creators on our roster. By accepting an offer to join Vault Agency you agree to these terms.
This agreement only applies to creators who have been formally accepted to the Vault Agency roster after completing the application process.
Vault Agency retains 25% of all gross earnings generated from managed platforms. The creator receives 75% of all earnings. Payments are issued weekly every Monday via the creator's preferred payment method.
Creators on the Vault Agency roster agree to exclusivity for the platforms we manage. You may not work with another management agency for the same platforms during the term of this agreement without written consent.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Vault Agency may terminate immediately for breach of content requirements, platform violations, or failure to meet minimum content output. Outstanding earnings will be paid within 14 days of termination.
Creator identity and personal information is kept strictly confidential. Vault Agency will not disclose your real identity, location, or personal details to any third party without your written consent.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
